JUSTIN Bieber revealed his sunken cheeks as he stepped out in just a bathrobe and slippers.
The superstar was today spotted outside of his apartment in New York City without his wife Hailey.

Justin, 30, wore cosy boots with blue socks to match his hat and gown – but looked gaunt as he walked down his building’s stairs.
Meanwhile across town, Hailey was out for lunch with her close friend Kendall Jenner.
They were seen sharing a laugh before joining others to dine at Hôtel Barrière Fouquet’s.
Hailey looked trouble-free as she covered her grin while catching up with Kardashian star Kendall.

However, the latest sighting of the What Do You Mean? singer follows growing fears over Justin’s wellbeing.
Fans have expressed concerns over his increasingly erratic public appearances in recent weeks.
Many have also commented on him looking weary and unshaven.
He has been hit by rumours of marital problems with wife of six years, Hailey.
Insiders claim the couple, who welcomed son Jack Blues in August 2024, have been struggling behind closed doors.
A source has previously said of his alleged marriage problems: “Some of Hailey’s friends have advised her to leave him.
“His behaviour is sometimes unacceptable. She’s put up with a lot.”
Another source said: “Hailey’s been struggling with Justin almost since the start of the marriage.
“She loves him madly but he’s a loose cannon.”
Speculation intensified after Justin unfollowed Hailey on social media, before quickly refollowing her and blaming it on hackers.
However, they attempted to swot away speculation by stepping out together last week.
Justin looked dishevelled and as if he was half dressed in faded black cargo pants and a baggy hooded sweatshirt with nothing underneath.
He wore the zipper of his hoodie pulled down to his stomach to show off his hairy chest and tattoos.
