Jessica Alba Shows Off Fit Body While Hiking and Golfing in Austria —

Jessica Alba is hiking and golfing in Austria – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the stunning star shows off her amazing body while breaking a sweat on her European vacation. “Hiking ⛰️ and golfing 🏌🏽‍♀️ adventures in #Austria While we thought we were going on a leisure #hike, we wound up having about 89 near death experiences – it was basically rock climbing with no ropes ,” she wrote in the post. “Our #golf morning was insanely gorgeous 🏌🏽‍♀️🏔️! We went to Golfclub Wilder Kaiser in Ellmau which is one of the most beautiful spots I’ve ever played 😍 -the views and course was bananas.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jessica has worked out with Ramona Braganza for many years, following her 321 Training Method, created specifically for her. “I developed it when Jessica Alba and I were shooting many films on location so I needed something effective, requiring minimal equipment, flexible whether you have 20 minutes, half an hour, or a full hour to train,” the celebrity trainer tells Celebwell.

“I attribute my athletic body to the martial arts, gymnastics, dance, and strength training I did while filming ‘Dark Angel.’ That’s made me strong and really set the bar,” Jessica told Shape, per PopSugar. She added to Savannah Guthrie on  TODAY  that she has dabbled in “a bunch of different disciplines in martial arts” over the years, including Krav Maga.

Jessica is a yogi. “I like to do hot yoga and sculpt yoga,” she told the Los Angeles Times. She added to Self that she prefers to strike her pose early in the day. “A couple times a week, I wake up at 5:15 for hot yoga class. I need a really good alarm and a strong coffee,” she said. Harvard Health endorses yoga as a great workout. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Jessica is a fan of cycling. “I also do spin classes with my friends. I find that working out with my friends to really fun music is, in a way, a meditation,” she told the Los Angeles Times.

Braganza told Harper’s Bazaar that she and Jessica hike together. “Sometimes when the gym is absolutely not what Jessica wants, we will go outside and walk the hills near her home.” According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
