Jesinta Franklin is a model and former Miss Universe Australia, and her most recent set of Instagram photos prove it. Franklin was recently named the Global Ambassador of Sea Folly’s “Bright Side” campaign. She posted a collage of photos on her page of herself posing on the beach to announce it. In them, she wore a patterned halter swimsuit and carried a matching wrap behind her. Franklin’s amazing figure was on full display. Franklin revealed some of her wellness secrets to ELLE. She says that she likes to do a lot of different things to stay in shape. Franklin describes her workout routine as, “A boxing session, some Pilates with my instructor Kirsten at Fluid Form Pilates, and a personal training session if I can fit it in. If I’m tired I like to go for a big walk, I love being out in the fresh air!”
In her ELLE interview, Franklin revealed a lot of her favorite foods. She says that she eats pretty healthy, and makes sure to get enough veggies into her diet. “Greens, greens, greens! I try to pack as many into each meal as possible because I really notice the difference in my skin.”
Franklin loves to make smoothies and juices. She revealed some of her favorite recipes to ELLE, “In a smoothie I’ll mix it up between bananas, avocadoes, spinach, mangoes, berries, kale, oranges and dates. When it comes to juices, I juice everything and anything: broccoli, fennel, grapefruit, apples, lemons, limes, parsley, beetroot, carrots, ginger and turmeric.”
Franklin is a big fan of essential oils. She tells ELLE that they help reduce her stress and improve her mental wellbeing. “I use essential oils a lot, anytime from when I’m traveling, working or before I go to sleep. I find they help me relax, and feel more peaceful and less stressed.”
Franklin revealed in this Instagram video that she loves to do strength training exercises. She writes in the caption that she turned to strength training after having her kids. Franklin explained, “Slowly, slowly… My only fitness goal after having both of my beautiful children was to build my strength back up again. They say it takes 9 months to grow your baby, so you need to give your body at least 9 months to slowly build back fitness and strength.”
