Jennifer Lopez Says She’s A ‘Bad Picker’ Amid Ben Affleck Divorce

Jennifer Lopez might have just admitted to having less than perfect taste in men.

During the afterparty for the premiere of her new film “Unstoppable” at the Toronto International Film Festival on Friday, The Hollywood Reporter appeared to catch Lopez in the middle of a very candid conversation with castmate Bobby Cannavale.

Though you could barely hear the exchange under the roar of partygoers, in a quick clip on THR’s TikTok, you could clearly hear Lopez telling Cannavale, “I’m a bad picker” several times in a row.

She then seemed to admit, “It is what it is,” before doing a little shimmy and turning to pose for some photos with her Emmy-winning co-star.

While the conversation THR eavesdropped on seemed to be about relationships, there’s always the possibility Lopez and Cannavale were discussing something else.

But the “Hustlers” actor has been openly alluding to her break up with Ben Affleck since filing for divorce from her fourth husband late last month.

Last week, Lopez captioned her first Instagram post since the split became public, saying, “Oh, it was summer.”

Amid the collection of summertime snapshots was a quote that said, “Everything is unfolding in divine order.”

Another photo showed Lopez donning a shirt which read, “She’s in bloom and unbothered out of reach and at peace.”

While Lopez and Affleck’s split only became official in late August, speculation the couple was on the outs began back in spring, after a monthslong drought of public appearances together.

Divorce documents appeared to confirm those suspicions, listing the date of separation as April 26.
