Jai Paul’s infamously leaked album, Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones), is finally getting a vinyl release. XL Recordings is issuing 3,000 copies of the record, available starting tomorrow (April 13) at 11 a.m. Eastern. The label revealed the news via a 24-hour countdown on Paul’s website. The drop arrives on the 10th anniversary of the original record’s leak and just ahead of Paul’s performance at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival—his first live show ever. Check out the LP and cover art below.
In June 2019, Paul formally released Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones) on streaming platforms, along with two new singles: “Do You Love Her Now” and “He.” Paul has since issued an EP with his brother, A. K. Paul, shared archival tracks, and appeared in an episode of Atlanta.
Yesterday, the artist shared a note on Reddit discussing his preparations for Coachella. “I always wanted to do something like this but yeah Im not gonna lie I am absolutely shitting it,” he wrote. “Anyway, I just wanted to let u lot know how much I appreciate all you staying with me for all this time. Hopefully it’s gonna be worth it.”
