“Sometimes it’s good to allow yourself to just eat what you want,” Jossa told OK! Magazine. She added: “When I do watch what I eat, I still have chips and bread and sugar, it’s just all in moderation.”
“I’m having some time off at the moment. Usually, I watch what I eat,” Jossa said. She added: “Plus, we didn’t have a kitchen for a while, so I’ve got out of the routine but I will get back on it.”
“I’m confident no matter what size I am,” Jossa said. “I’ve always been a really confident person because I don’t think that comes from how you look — it’s more about how you feel and treat other people and how comfortable you are in your own skin,” she added. “I just wear things that are super flattering for me,” Jossa said. “I don’t care enough what other people think of me.”
Jossa goes to a local gym with husband Dan Osborne, where they work with a personal trainer. Working out with a partner can help overcome inertia and improve consistency in sticking to a training program, health experts said.
Jossa teamed up with a yogurt company on a 20-workout challenge a few years ago, which involved 20 five-minute workouts over 20 days. She shared her progress on Instagram. “Want you all to know you can do it, if I did!!” she posted. “This isn’t about losing weight or getting the perfect body, but listen, we are getting moving and exercise is SO IMPORTANT, I have neglected working out so this is giving me a push!!”
