Bambie Thug has shared how excited they are to tour with BABYMETAL in 2025.
Bambie is the winner of the Breakthrough Artist Award as part of the 2024 Rock Sound Awards Issue and in our new interview, they look forward to the European arena run opening for the Japanese group alongside Poppy.
“It’s wild, and I’m super excited to get to play on those huge stages”, they said. “Touring is always way less glamorous than it was in your brain as a kid, but I always dreamed of doing it. This year, I finally got to live that dream, and next year I’m going on an arena tour. I’m so grateful, and we need it to be amazing. We have a lot of planning to do, and I would love to have more dancers for it. I’m so grateful for every opportunity that’s coming my way now, and I will make the absolute most of every single thing that I’m given. Not everybody gets these opportunities, and I’m so thankful. I met BABYMETAL at Download, but we just had a picture, we didn’t talk too much. I think it’s such a sick line up though, and when you put all three of us together it makes so much sense.”
The tour kicks off in May and includes a date at London’s O2 Arena on May 30.
