Kourtney Kardashian and her husband, Travis Barker, know exactly how they want to spend their holidays.
According to sources, the couple is putting effort into making their first Christmas with their son, Rocky Thirteen, “extra special.”
In November Kardashian and Barker welcomed their baby boy, with one insider revealing that they were thrilled to welcome the new addition to their family.

Even though they have six kids between them from previous relationships, Kardashian and Barker are determined to create new memories with their newest addition. Explaining what the lovebirds had in mind, one source spilled:
“Kourtney and Travis couldn’t be more excited to spend their first Christmas with Rocky and all the kids. Kourtney is going to make this Christmas extra special and already started celebrating the season with an Elf on the Shelf for everybody including her baby boy.”
Kardashian recently showed off her holiday decor last month, highlighting several versions of the iconic holiday elf. The display, shared via social media, included three grown elves and one baby elf, each representing her children with her former boyfriend, Scott Disick — Mason, Penelope, Reign — and one-month-old Rocky.
The elves were taped to paper plates and depicted sledding down a red sheet of paper. While the Poosh founder has been showcasing her festive decorations on Instagram, Barker and the children have actively participated in spreading holiday joy.
An informant told US Weekly, “Travis and the kids have also been a huge help in decorating and shopping for gifts. Kourtney keeps saying she already got the best gift this year with their son. It’s a magical time for the whole family, and Kourtney and Travis feel so blessed.”
Kardashian & Barker welcomed baby Rocky on November 1 and insiders revealed the luxurious conditions of his arrival at the prestigious Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Kourtney gave birth in one of the renowned hospital’s private suites.
Per sources, the special birthing suite featured a patient room and an adjacent sitting room, complete with a luxury en suite. The amenities included recessed lighting, bathrobes, hardwood floors, and flat-screen TVs, alongside access to salon services like haircuts, manicures, and pedicures.
While these suites come with a substantial price tag, they can be upgraded to include a “three-bedroom, two-bathroom suite.” Some of the upgraded suites even feature their own bathtub, and come with various amenities, including three meals a day with vegan and vegetarian options.
Barker Was Slammed For Drumming During His Wife’s Hospital Stay
While Kardashian was in the hospital, the Blink-182 drummer opted to do something unconventional— practice his drum skills “to his baby’s heartbeat.” Unfortunately for the third-time dad, the decision caused negative reactions from fans when they got a whiff of a TikTok video featuring him playing drums in the delivery room.
Reacting to the footage, one critic wrote, “That’s so embarrassing,” while a second asserted that Barker’s drumming would give the “ick. They added, “Idk why that would give me the ick 😭.”
“How annoying I would have thrown them out if my partner did that while I’m giving birth 🥺,” a third person penned, while a fourth pondered, “Is this while she is in labor or a sonogram appointment? Because if I was in labor and that was going on I would’ve thrown a pillow.”
Similarly, a fifth onlooker expressed, “He’d be needing that surgically removed if I was her. So overstimulating & obnoxious,” and a sixth commented, “Sorry but that would do my head in during labor I’d throw the sticks out the window.”
Before the arrival of Rocky, fans learned that Kardashian was rushed to Cedars Sinai, where she underwent emergency fetal surgery to protect the life of her unborn son.
After the surgery, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star expressed her gratitude on social media, posting scriptures, such as passages from John 15:5, Ephesians 6:10, and Genesis 1:26–27, to her Instagram Story.
