Natalie Roush is taking a nature walk in her workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her amazing figure in a two-piece exercise set, highlighting her washboard abs. “Need to be back here,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken in Blue Ridge, Georgia. “Let’s go,” commented one of her followers. “Very gorgeous,” added another. Natlie understands the health benefits of soaking in a jacuzzi. “Late nights convos,” she captioned an Instagram post. If you don’t have access to a hot tub, just take a bath. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Another low-impact workout that Natalie does on the regular is going for walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
