In a new social media post the influencer and Guess model shows off her amazing body during a workout at the gym. “Even with a million things on your to-do list, heading to the gym because your health is the number one priority and the gym is part of your wellness routine,” she writes. “Having a solid morning routine is a game-changer. It sets the tone for the day and helps you stay on track with your health and weight loss goals.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? In another Instagram video, Kelsie runs on the treadmill. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

In the same clip, she also cycles on a stationary bike. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
