Influencer Eleanor Calder Shows Off Fit Body at the Italian Grand Prix

Eleanor Calder is revving up engines – at the Italian Grand Prix. In a new social media post the influencer ex of Louis Tomlinson shows off her amazing body and flat abs in a stylish ensemble at the annual races. “Had the most amazing & special weekend with @bangolufsen & @scuderiaferrari at the Monza GP 😍 Thank you so much again to B&O for having me! ❤️ #bangolufsenforferrari,” she captioned the Instagram post. “Class 🔥🔥🔥,” one of her followers commented. “You look so gorgeous El❤️” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Eleanor enjoys reading, especially while on vacation. “Had the best week at my favourite place @okuhotels Ibiza! 🍹🌴☀️,” she captioned a post. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren’t readers or who read periodicals.

Eleanor enjoys boxing. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Eleanor walks her dogs multiple times a day. “Early morning walks with my boys ☀️,” she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Eleanor skis in the winter. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

Eleanor loves drinking espresso and coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
