Influencer Arielle Charnas sparks concern after ‘disappearing’ online before death of relative Brandon Miller confirmed


AN influencer who sparked concern when she vanished from Instagram has returned to the platform after the death of her real estate mogul relative was confirmed.

Worried followers of designer Arielle Charnas asked on Sunday, “Is everything ok?” after noticing that she had “disappeared.”

On Monday it was confirmed New York City businessman Brandon Miller, who was married to Charnas’ cousin Candice, had died last week.

Charnas went silent on social media between June 30 and July 7.

Fans rushed to offer their condolences to the blogger after news of his death and burial was confirmed.

“Devastated for your loss,” one wrote under her latest post.

“Deepest condolences to you and yours,” another person said.

“I am so sorry for your loss – I missed you here,” a third Instagram user wrote.

Miller, who married blogger Candice in 2009 and had two small children, had been rushed to the ICU last week.

On Monday The Real Deal reported he had died.

His cause of death is not known.

He was reportedly buried at New Montefiore Cemetery in West Babylon, New York, according to The Real Deal.

The couple had gotten married after officially dating for a year and he had proposed on Super Bowl Sunday.

His wife has a popular lifestyle page Mama and Tata, which has since been deactivated on Instagram.

Who was Brandon Miller?

The real estate mogul died last week aged 43.

He was a second-generation businessman who grew up in the Hamptons.

Miller had been married to his wife, influencer and blogger, Candice for over a decade.

The couple had grown up across the street from one another.

The cause of Miller’s death has not been shared but he was reportedly buried at New Montefiore Cemetery in West Babylon, New York.

Miller left behind two young daughters.

She ran the account with her sister Jenna Crespi.

The blog started in 2016, but Candice later became the majority business owner.

The sisters discuss topics like living in New York City, beauty, style, and family.

Charnas, who has over 1.3 million Instagram followers, hadn’t uploaded on the social media platform for a week.

The Hamptons natives were married for over a decade.

  • 2008: The couple began dating after growing up together in Southampton
  • 2009: Candice and Brandon got married
  • 2016: Candice starts Mama and Tata with her sister Jenna chronicling her life raising two daughters with Brandon and Jenna’s life as an expectant mother
  • 2019: Brandon’s company was sued over a complaint that allgeed Michael Miller, Brandon’s dad, asked his assistant to forge his son’s signature on law documents
  • 2022: TD Bank sued Brandon over a series of alleged fraudulent transfers which the bank claimed prevented it from collecting $2.1 million
  • 2024: Brandon died at Southampton hospital

Her post from June 30, an image of her at a beach, had particularly garnered worry among fans.

“Is everything ok? You disappeared!” a commenter wrote on the post.

“Wondering the same thing hope everything is okay,” another person said.

Charnas then posted after Miller’s death was confirmed to the public.
