Influencer Amanda Cerny in Two-Piece Workout Gear Asks "Is This Relatable?"

Amanda Cerny is sharing another funny fitness video in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing figure and sense of humor in a cheeky parody clip. “Is this relatable?” she captioned the Instagram video. “Looking beautiful as always Amanda,” commented one of her followers. “You are so strong,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Amanda is realistic about getting started on a fitness program. “It may not be something you’re initially going to enjoy,” she told Cosmopolitan. “It does take a little bit of discomfort in the beginning. I recently went through a period where I wasn’t working out much as I’d just gotten a puppy, I was running around like crazy just figuring out how to function.”

“[When I work out in the morning] I’m more energized throughout the rest of the day too,” she told Cosmo about her favorite time of the day to exercise. “I’m more productive and I’m not drained. It actually increases my energy, clears my mind and de-stresses me too.”

Amanda is a vegan. “It is a little bit more work being a vegan, but it’s important to diversify your diet [whatever your requirements are] as if not, you’re not getting all the vitamins you need [to thrive] and that’s how some food allergies can evolve [especially within children].”

She also recommends maintaining variety with food. “You don’t want to eat the same things every single day,” she told Cosmopolitan. “I know we all kind of stick to our favourite dish or whatever it is we make every day,” she adds. “But food is one of the most important things we can invest in. It’s our health, it’s our enjoyment. There are a million different recipes online that are healthy and simple too.”

Amanda, known for her funny videos, stresses the importance of laughter and enjoyment. “Everything’s about balance and not taking life too seriously,” she laughs. “It makes whatever you’re doing sustainable.”
