A HOMEOWNER has expressed that her neighbor acts as if they own the street they live on – she really blew up over street parking.
The YouTube creator shared that the neighbor tries to keep people from parking in front of her house.

The user on the video platform known as My neighbor Billy (@jessie31) titled a post about the neighbor: “My neighbor billy won’t let people park in front of her house and tries to tow!”
“My neighbor Billy Sue thinks she owns the street,” the YouTuber stated in the clip description.
“And tells Scott he can’t park in front of her house.”
In the video, the creator showed a view of their yard from inside of a window of their home.
“Well I was gonna go out and to talk to Billy,” The woman stated.
“And tell her that I have some money for her”
Then she explained that the neighbor was outside “freaking out about the cars.”
“I think about those trucks that are parked out there,” the creator said.
“I could hear her yelling at someone a minute ago so I was gonna talk to her. Maybe I can calm her down.”
She went on to say the woman started to yell at someone named Scott right now.
The YouTuber stressed that the neighbor “seemed a little heated.”
“So lets see how this goes. Go talk to her I have some money for her I’m gonna pay her so hopefully this makes her happy.”
The creator addressed Billy in the video and the neighbor immediately asked her whose cars were parked on the side of the street.
The YouTube creator told the neighbor that she didn’t know then Billy began to yell.
The neighbor complained that the vehicles had been parked in the same spots for two weeks.
Billy said she hadn’t been able to use the spots for times when she had company like she wanted to.
She started to get progressively more aggressive toward a neighbor she addressed as Scott.
The angry neighbor didn’t even want him looking at her.
After he called Billy crazy and walked away, the creator tried to calm the neighbor down.
The amped-up neighbor urged the YouTuber, who was recording the interaction, to “do something” as the homeowner expressed that some of the neighbors park in front of her house as well.
The YouTube creator told Billy that she had money for her then had to explain that she didn’t want to join the neighbor’s war with Scott.
When Scott stepped back outside, Billy threatened him.
“I’m gonna put my friends cars I’m gonna get some workers just to come and park right in front of your house.”
The creator asked both her neighbors to “keep it nice and peaceful.”
