In our recent digital cover feature, The Album Story, Illenium told us about his film plans saying “This album, artistically, there’s a whole world that goes with it. We’re putting out a mini movie, we have a graphic novel. There is crazy character development. I love making everything grander feeling if I can.“
‘Illenium’ features collaborations with Spiritbox‘s Courtney LaPlante, Avril Lavigne, Travis Barker and Motionless In White‘s Chris Motionless.
It hit the No.1 spot on Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart, earning the equivalent of 17000 album units. This is the DJ and producer’s third album to go to No.1 on the chart, following 2019’s ‘Ascend’ and 2021’s ‘Fallen Embers’.
