KELSEY DELL bears such a striking resemblance to music megastar Taylor Swift that the singer’s fans refuse to believe she’s not the real deal.
The incredible look-alike has spent around £400 on cowboy boots, dresses and accessories to look exactly like the pop icon.
She can’t even go to the cinema without being mistaken for the Shake It Off star.
Now Kelsey is making the most of her looks by working as a Taylor Swift impersonator — and raking in up to £700 a DAY, making £10,000 in the past six months.
‘I study videos’
The 18-year-old, of Andover, Hants — who quit a college hair and make-up course six months ago to be a full-time doppel-ganger — said: “Whenever I go out I notice people around me nudging each other and whispering.
“It’s amazing how many people think I actually am her. They are always so nice about it, even when they don’t believe me and start arguing I must be her. It’s funny.
“I can’t sing, but I study all of Taylor’s videos so I can dance and lip sync just like her when I make guest appearances at events.
“People love it and want to have their photo taken.”
As the real Tay, 34, prepares to return to London with her Eras tour, The Sun on Sunday hit the streets with Kelsey — and Swifties could not believe their eyes
We visited a string of hotspots linked to the singer, including Wembley, where she is performing five dates from Thursday. Outside the arena, teacher Katka Muchaova, 30, and her firefighter partner Jan Riha, 33, asked for Kelsey’s autograph.
Katka said: “Wow, she really does look like Taylor.
“We are over here on holiday from the Czech Republic and we know that lots of celebrities live in London — but we were not expecting to see one walking down the street.”
Dan Romila, 34, a construction manager, asked for a picture after spotting Kelsey sporting Tay’s iconic red lipstick, a tassel romper and silver cowboy boots.
He said: “She looks incredible, just like the singer.”
Favourite cocktail
At the star’s favourite kebab house, Kentish Delight in Kentish Town, North London, fans were sampling her preferred order — a large chicken doner at £9.90.
Computer programmer Danica Vladic, 26, was stunned to spot Kelsey at the counter, admitting: “I didn’t know what to think.”
And at the Black Dog pub, in Vauxhall, South West London, which has been swamped with Swifties since being mentioned on album The Tortured Poets Department, our lookalike sampled Taylor’s favourite French Blonde cocktail as fans gawped outside.
We then hopped on the open-top Tootbus, which has “Swiftie Tours” of London on August 16 and 17.
Kelsey, who charts her career on Instagram, is among the country’s top lookalikes, appearing at birthday parties, weddings and corporate functions,
But while most bashes are for kids under the age of 11, she revealed it’s the MUMS who get most excited by her appearance.
