THE woman with the “world’s biggest cheeks” has hit back at trolls that claim she is seeking validation through her extreme look.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk gained notoriety for her unique appearance, characterised by big lips, inflated cheeks, a square jawline and pointed chin.

The 35-year-old achieved the look through countless dermal filler injections, leading her to have one of the largest pouts in the world.
Her cheeks are also regarded as the “world’s biggest”.
Anastasia, an influencer from war-torn Ukraine, has built a significant following on social media by showcasing her distinctive features and lifestyle.
But with big attention comes big criticism.
While some people admire her boldness and individuality, others have criticised her extreme cosmetic enhancements.
In a recent Instagram post, Anastasia hit back at a troll that said she loves her look because “someone lied to her saying she looks pretty”.
“I don’t understand this kind of thinking at all,” she retaliated.
“I don’t understand how I can think about my appearance based on what others say.
“I don’t care what others say because this is my face and I have to like it, not you.
“This is my face and my life.”
Anastasia added that the “most important thing is what she likes”, saying: “I want to live my life like I want.”
“You will not live my life for me, okay?” she concluded.
The social media star started having beauty and surgical procedures done on her face and body when she was 26.
And aside from her obsession with big cheeks, she also has veneers, breast implants, tattooed eyebrows and Botox in her forehead.

She recently debuted a brand new head of extensions on Instagram, showcasing ice blonde locks that stretch past her waist.
In 2020, Anastasia appeared on ITV’s This Morning to assert that she wouldn’t stop injecting herself despite warnings from a despairing doctor.
“I love this look,” she proudly said at the time.
“I was like a grey mouse.
“My nose was too big and now I have big cheeks and big lips, so it looks okay.
“It can be dangerous but I do it with doctors and now I’m learning cosmetology in an online school.”
