A HOPELESS romantic reckons she’s figured out why she’s still single – because she fancies celebrities and fictional characters.
Fashionista and influencer Carla Kent, 27, believes her habit of obsessing over unrealistic love interests has hampered her ability to find a real man.

The makeup artist, from Glasgow, made the revelation after going to see blockbuster movie Twisters – starring Glen Powell – at the cinema.
Posting on TikTok (@carlakentx), she said: “I fall in love with people I don’t know.
“Fictional characters, actors, musicians.
“In another world I think I’m going to end up with them.
“I saw Twisters last night and now my new obsession is Glen Powell.
“I can actually visualise that me and him would maybe get married one day. It’s not normal.
“This is why I’m single, because I’m weird, but I just think I’m meant for something bigger in life.”
Carla added: “I see myself doing red carpets.
“I want an actor husband – someone that can take me to Hollywood.
“Not because I want to be an actor, I just think that life would be quite fun.
“I fall in love with people I don’t know and probably will never meet.
“But I’ll manifest that I might marry Glen Powell
“I’ll need to move to America but you never know.”
