For a lot of people, eating healthy is difficult. However, Khurana is not one of those people. Her dietician, Dr. Deepti Goyle, did an interview with Zoom Digital about the actress’ diet. Dr. Goyle also revealed some surprising facts about Khurana’s diet. “Himanshi has never tried a pizza in her life. Her cheat days are also very healthy. She does not eat a lot. She is conscious of her diet.”
Dr. Goyle revealed to Zoom Digital that while Khurana eats pretty healthy, they did have to make some changes to her diet. In particular, the actress had to cut out a lot of the tea she drank each day. “I had to cut on Himanshi’s dairy intake, as she is a tea lover. I had to convince her to lessen the amount of tea, and she was very comfortable doing the same. She was not fussy at all. We replaced tea with Green Tea. The night tea was replaced with Chamomile tea.”
Dr. Goyle also told Zoom Digital that a big part of Khurana’s diet is enjoying delicious smoothies, and that this was one of the first things she introduced to the actress. “I started with smoothies. She loved Pineapple smoothies a lot which is very anti-bloating in which Pineapple and Spinach is mixed together.”
In an interview with Koimoi, Khranan revealed that she has started doing aerial silks as a way of working out. She says that it is an extremely difficult workout, and that it has pushed her both physically and mentally. “It needs immense mental strength and fortitude to perform this. It is underrated and we need more people to take this beautiful art to give its due. It needs so much core strength and one has to go deep into their energy reserves to keep at it consistently.”
For Khurana, aerial silk workouts aren’t just a new exercise she’s learning. She tells Koimoi that this process has taught her to take things one day at a time and not to rush things. “I have a great team to help me with this and I am just loving this form. It’s one day at a time for me and I am taking baby steps in this one. Pretty happy with the progress so far.”
