Hayley Atwell’s Grace has proven to be one of the great late addition to the Mission: Impossible franchise as the former Marvel Cinematic Universe star was a total scene-stealer in 2023’s Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning. Turns out scenes aren’t the only thing that Atwell steals, though.

First introduced in Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning and returning in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, in theaters on Friday, Hayley Atwell’s Grace is a thief-turned-IMF agent who has a particular proficiency at pick-pocketing.

Playing a kleptomaniac in the Mission: Impossible franchise has seemingly tuned the Captain Carter actress into an actual thief, as she revealed she’s stolen tons of trinkets — salt and pepper shakers, an ashtray, a watch, a necklace, fossils, “random documentation she found in a drawer”, a “poison pill” (a USB drive that has a computer virus on it), a key, and even Tom Cruise’s personal hot sauce — from the set of the film.

Her penchant for having sticky fingers apparently become noticeable enough that all of her co-stars have clocked it, especially Simon Pegg.

Atwell isn’t just stealing idle props off the set when no one is watching, either, as she put her pickpocket skills to work during an interview with co-star Greg Tarzan Davis.

Alongside Cruise and Atwell, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning also stars Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Pom Klementieff, Esai Morales, Henry Czerny, Nick Offerman, Holt McCallany, Angela Bassett, Tramell Tillman, Hannah Waddingham, and Janet McTeer.
