Stocking is all about education. She opened up about her background in an interview with In The House with Barkha. “I do think that in order to really be successful at anything, you should have knowledge about a lot of different things and not just kind of just nose dive into one thing. If you have knowledge about other things that other people don’t, what can make you authentic from the rest, you know? So, yeah. Yeah. Education is so key.”
Stocking loves to go swimming as a way to stay in shape. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Stocking posted this set of photos and videos of herself on a trip to the Dominican Republic. In a few of them, she is seen enjoying time in a pool. She also posted this underwater video of herself and her friends in a pool.
Stocking tells In The House with Barkha that she makes living a healthy lifestyle a priority. “We all deal with it in our own ways and it can get really challenging,” she says. “It’s a very challenging time. It’s the time where you can either create bad habits or break them. And that’s kind of like a battle that like I’ve been, you know, going through. But yeah, can’t express it enough. How important meditation is, yoga, working out, and eating healthy, and drinking a lot of water. I saw this meme, your body is pretty much a house plant.”
In addition to taking care of her body physically, Stocking also takes care of her mental health. She says to In The House with Barkha that she feels like she can be more productive when she has a better mental state. “I have noticed that ridding your body of stress can help you so much more physically,” she says. “If your mind is healthy, you perform better physically and vice versa. And I think that’s like the most important thing.”
Stocking shared some of her favorite workouts in this video she posted on YouTube. In it, she is seen doing a lot of cardio. One thing Stocking likes to do is go running. She starts the video off by jogging in place. She then transitions to doing high knees. Better Health reports running has a lot of benefits. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits.
