Foote revealed some of her wellness secrets to Express. She says that she makes sure to stay on top of her habits when it gets cold out. She says, “Take all of your vitamins in order to stop any colds or flu! And keep your skin moisturised, too.” Foote says that these are big parts of her beauty routine as well.

Foote has amazing skin. She revealed some of her secrets to Express. “Always take your make-up off at night,” she advises. “I wash my face with a Dermalogica cleanser and then use E45 moisturiser. I like to use masques and relax. I mix Dermalogica Sebum Clearing and Skin Hydrating masques together for my face.”

Foote is an avid dancer. She was even a finalist on the 2015 series of Strictly Come Dancing. She revealed to Express that this is one of the main ways she stays in shape. “I love to dance,” she says. “It’s the best form of exercise. I also go to the gym and generally stay active and busy.”

Foote revealed her approach to wellness to Good Living. She says that consistency is a big part of her routines. “I’m all or nothing when it comes to going to the gym. I’m either there all the time, or I don’t go at all. If I’m not exercising, I do watch what I’m eating a bit more and try not to binge on sweet stuff, which I do sometimes have a bit of a problem with!

Foote is open about her struggles with anxiety. She makes sure to always take care of her mental health. Foote revealed her treatments to Good Living. “I went to my GP and did some therapy sessions with a free NHS platform called Healthy Minds. It helped me to find out my triggers and try to deal with them.”
