GAYLE and blackbear are a match made in Heaven on this ode to the confusion and insecurities of young love.
GAYLE is set to release her new EP ‘a study of the human experience volume two’ next week (October 07), and is treating us to one more taster.
And it features blackbear!
The song is called ‘fmk’ and is a slow-burning piece on loving and hating someone that you are with so much at the same time. It’s a sentiment that hits you square in the chest and is presented brilliantly via insatiably catchy melodies.
GAYLE had this to say about it:
“‘fmk’ is about the intensities of young love. how someone can make you feel great and terrible simultaneously. not fully knowing if you’re in a toxic relationship or not, because you’ve never had anything else.”
