Jazmine Garcia is sharing a body confidence message with her followers in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness turned wellness influencer flaunts her gorgeous figure in a two-piece exercise set while getting real about body image issues. “Just a reminder to myself and you that we all have skin folds especially! when sitting down xo,” she captioned the Instagram clip. “Beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “you still look perfect,” added another. Jazmine decided to go on an animal-based diet after finding out she was severely insulin resistant. “The goal is eat lots of protein, have lots of fruit,” she said on Instagram. For lunch she might have a burger patty, and for breakfast, steak and eggs.
Jazmine recently started doing Pilates. “Pilates has literally changed my life,” she revealed in a clip.Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
In one of her videos, Jazmine does a strength training workout. “At the end of the day it’s about increasing your total daily expenditure. Finding exercise you love and having balance,” she says in the clip. She works out with a personal trainer who designs exercises especially for her.

Jazmine gets her steps in. She recently invested in a walking pad. “I easily been hitting 12 to 15k steps opposed to my 6 to 8k,” she says in the same clip. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
