Carolinne Hobo is an incredible CrossFit athlete. “Quarantine video, I took my equipment to my balcony and trained every day, even though I was unmotivated and insecure. This was the only commitment I could keep at that time. And look at the irony! My life went on, things started to get sorted out, and maintaining a minimum of discipline at the time saved my mind from going crazy. Reconsider looking at “workout” as just a physical goal, see it as a remedy for all the other things that drain all your energy and motivation. The other areas of your life will thank you,” she said on Instagram (translated to english). Here’s what Carolinne does to maintain her fit physique.
No matter how busy her week gets, she makes time for her health. “What a busy week, my friends😮💨Is everyone alive there? If you answered, it’s because you survived and have more life ahead of you🙌🏼,” she said on Instagram (translated to english) with clips of her working out and going through the motions. “Regular trips to the gym are great, but don’t worry if you can’t find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key,” according to the Mayo Clinic.
She does serious workouts, but doesn’t always take herself too seriously. “Syncro Facing Burpee Box Jump Over Pushup”🙃 A good Monday is one that starts with clowning around. Here’s the challenge: don’t break your teeth or your shins🥰#challenge #crossfit #training,” she said on Instagram (translated to english).
She pushes herself to truly see results. “Teach your brain how much you like to train, and your body will deliver the results 🔥! * the voice is of the neuroscientist@carlatieppo #workout #training #tapago,” she said on Instagram (translated to english), on a video of her weight lifting.
She stays motivated in the gym. “Motivation is everything…,” she said on Instagram (translated to english) on a video clip meant to be funny, but the message is still there. She knows it’s important whether it’s coaches, friends, or her own internal voice, to keep the motivation there and push herself to reach her goals.
She’s accepting and kind to herself. “Ah… but she’s very strong. Ah… but she’s very thin. Ah… but she has a lot of muscle. Ah… but she’s fat. OK👍🏼. Who cares? When you like your results, the demands and comparisons can be left to the dissatisfied🤷🏻♀️. Amen,” she asked on Instagram (translated to english) on a video of her working out.
