Christmas and New Year’s came and went, and now Dollar Tree is ushering in decorations and trinkets for the next major holiday: Valentine’s Day. The discount retailer has lined its aisles with red and pink decor, including balloons, fake flower arrangements, teddy bears, tinsel, and more. However, three specific items have sparked a lot of commotion on TikTok, and now shoppers are running to their nearest Dollar Tree locations to snag them before they sell out for good.

1. Gummy bear jars

Dollar Tree’s gummy bear mason jars have shoppers in a frenzy. Scavenger hunts have broken out at store locations all across the country after the candy jar went viral on TikTok earlier this week. TikToker Celena Kinsey is one of the lucky few who was able to snag the jar in both ruby red and bubblegum pink. Now, she’s urging her followers to do the same before they’re all gone.
“These are about to be so viral, so run to the Dollar Tree and get these glass gummy bear jars!” she said in a video.
The decorative jars retail for $1.25 a piece and come with a screw lid, so they can double as food storage. “They’re super cute and make for a perfect gift idea or candy holder,” added Kinsey.
And they’re not as small as you’d think. TikToker @strange_crossing could fit two and a half bags of Haribo gummy bears in a single jar. Meanwhile, Kinsey packed her gummy bear jars with individually wrapped candies to pass out as Valentine’s Day goodies.

2. Recordable greeting mixtapes

However, the real star of the show is Dollar Tree’s Recordable Greeting Mixtapes. The cassettes vary in design—one says “Mixtapes 4 U” while the other is titled “Love Songs”—but offer the same features at the same price of $1.25.
The greeting mixtapes allow you to record a special message for your valentine that can be replayed. Each cassette can only hold up to 20 seconds of audio, so it’s probably best to write out and practice your declaration of love beforehand. But don’t worry if you mess up, messages can be deleted and re-recorded.
In a recent video, TikToker @raeeeeee26 demonstrated how the cassette works and noted that you’ll need a screwdriver and two AAA batteries. She then taped a special message for her “Superman” to give him on V-Day.
“Y’all stop, that was the cutest [expletive] ever!” she said after playing the message back for followers. “Is it worth your $1.25? I would say [expletive] yeah! I would say I would pay $5 for this.”
Kinsey also said she’s “obsessed with these” and predicts that “these are gonna go so fast.”
3. Heart-lid jars

Dollar Tree shoppers are also on high alert for these glass containers with heart lids, which have sold out two years in a row. The jar has a clear base with a ribbed design and comes with a baby pink lid with a heart for a knob. They sell out super quickly, so act fast, or else you’ll be stuck waiting until next year!
