The Surprising Bag I Use Everyday — For Everything! – The Golden Girl

Hope you had a great weekend! Kendall here, talking about one of my favorite recent finds that I use every day: Lululemon’s Everywhere Belt Bag! I bought this bag on a whim last spring and quickly became utterly shocked at how much I found myself reaching for it every time I left the house.

I originally bought it to have a bag that I could wear and easily access while also wearing my daughter in a carrier (ha- city mom life!🤣) Initially, I thought I’d use it mostly for walks (which it is great for!), but it’s been my go-to for anything and everything whether I’m on mom duty or not — yoga, hiking, sightseeing, travel, out to eat, the list goes on. 

I’ve also convinced so many of my friends and family to jump on the Lulu belt bag train too and love giving it as a gift (it’s such a great gift for any woman on your list!) When Jess asked me if I had purchased anything lately that I loved, I instantly started raving about this little belt bag!

Here’s why I love it so much: 

Price: For something I use every day, $38 is a price that is tough to beat. 

Size: When I first got this in the mail, I thought it was too small to be useful, but after using it, the compact size is my favorite thing about it. It’s so small and unassuming, but it holds a surprising amount of stuff while still laying flat on your chest/back/waist. In these photos, it’s carrying my phone, wallet, mask, chapstick plus a diaper, bag of wipes and applesauce pouch!

Material: It’s 100% nylon and water-repellant, which is so nice because I never have to worry about stains, water, weather, etc. It also comes in a bunch of colorways! 

Versatility: I also love that this bag can be worn across the chest, across the back or around the waist. While it definitely has an athleisure vibe, I think it can be dressed up quite a bit too (at least with the black color).

Convenience: My favorite thing about this bag is how convenient it is — it has one large body with a mesh insert and interior pockets, as well as a zipped exterior pocket in the back. Makes it so easy to have everything you need organized and within reach.

Tons of colors: While I love the classic, versatile black, it comes in so many different colors, and even a couple patterns! Whether you’re looking for a neutral or something bright and cheerful, they have 15 colors to choose from!
