Maggie Rogers: Surrender

Maggie Rogers has announced her new album. The follow up to her 2019 debut Heard It in a Past Life is called Surrender and it’s out July 29 via Capitol. A trailer, co-directed by Rogers and Michael Scanlon, teases new music from the album. Watch it below.

The album was recorded in three locations: Electric Lady Studios in New York, Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studios near Bath in England, and Rogers’ parents’ garage. Rogers offered a statement along with today’s announcement—the poem above the album’s trailer.
