Elucid has announced a new album, Revelator, and it’s out on October 11 via Fat Possum. The rapper and producer has also shared a new song with his Armand Hammer bandmate, billy woods, called “Instant Transfer.” Check out it below.
Samiyam produced “Instant Transfer.” In a statement, Elucid recalled the track’s creation: “Recorded in Los Angeles at the Alchemist’s studio about to catch a flight to Australia. With much momentum behind me/us and even more on the horizon, I knew a purpose. I knew every step was ordered to that purpose. I would relish in its discipline.”
Revelator is billed as Elucid’s third solo studio album, following 2022’s I Told Bessie and 2016’s Save Yourself. The New York artist made the album with co-producer Jon Nellen, and additional contributors include August Fanon, Child Actor, the Lasso, DJ Haram, and guest rappers Creature and Skech185.
