Pitchfork Music Festival and DoorDash are teaming up for the second year in a row to present Backstage DashPass, a series of perks exclusively for DashPass members at this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival. Backstage DashPass will include a section of the festival where DashPass members will have the opportunity to exclusively watch artists in conversation with Pitchfork editors on a new stage.
The Backstage DashPass conversations will be included on the festival livestream. Dawn Richard, Arooj Aftab, and Indigo de Souza will sit down for exclusive interviews on Friday. The following day will feature conversations with Jeff Tweedy and Low. Then, on Sunday, Toro y Moi, L’Rain, and Xenia Rubinos will be interviewed by Pitchfork editors. More artist interviews will be announced ahead of the festival.
Additionally, Backstage DashPass will be serving exclusive bites from Big Star, the Publican, Avec, Dove’s Luncheonette, and Publican Quality Meats. Other perks DashPass members will receive are expedited entry into the festival, a lounge area, access to charging stations, a cash bar within the Backstage DashPass section, free giveaways, and more.
Pitchfork and DoorDash are also presenting a series of events surrounding the festival exclusively for DashPass members. Kick off your festival weekend at Lou’s Backyard—hang, eat, drink,, and enjoy a DJ set from Fancy Fux—and enjoy a free brunch at Kaiser Tiger every morning of the festival before heading into the park.
