Family of missing teen accuse YouTube investigator of stalking and harassment

The family of a missing teenager has accused YouTuber Bullhorn Betty of stalking and harassment while she made videos about the case.

15-year-old Sebastian Rogers went missing back in February 2024, and his case quickly gained national attention.

Celebrity bounty hunter “Dog” Chapman joined the search, and many began covering the case on social media platforms TikTok and YouTube.

One of those YouTubers was Andra Griffin, also known as Bullhorn Betty, and on April 16, 2025, family of the missing team testified against her in court.

YouTuber allegedly harassed family of missing teen

According to WKRN, Sebastian’s mom and step-grandparents claim that since the boy went missing, the YouTuber has stalked and harassed them.

The family has received multiple protection orders against Griffin, but Rogers’ mom and stepfather testified against her on April 16, claiming that she had violated the terms of three orders.

WKRN also states that court documents seen by the publication reveal the YouTuber has six violations related to the protection orders. It is also alleged that she went live on her channel in August 2024 to talk about the family and included their full names in hashtags on the stream.

“[Griffin] is reporting a bunch of lies,” said Christopher, Sebastian’s stepdad. “She is harassing me, harassing my family.”

An attorney representing Bullhorn Betty, however, argues that her coverage of the missing boy is protected by the First Amendment. He said: “There has to be some action by Ms. Griffin to direct that to the petitioners, and the statute clearly says it’s only a violation if the defendant knowingly does that.”

Griffin isn’t the only YouTuber facing troubles in court for their content in 2025, either. On March 29, 2025, Mykhailo Polyakov was arrested after attempting to bring a can of Diet Coke and a Coconut to an isolated tribe on North Sentinel Island off the coast of India.

He’s facing years in prison for his actions, and was denied bail after appearing in court on April 15.
