Fall Out Boy and Paramore’s Hayley Williams will appear on Taylor Swift‘s upcoming album ‘Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)’.
A re-recording of the original 2010 album, it will also feature tracks from the vault, written around the same time, including the previously unheard songs ‘Electric Touch’ featuring FOB and ‘Castles Crumbling’ with Hayley.
Swift announced the news on social media earlier today (June 05), saying “Since Speak Now was all about my songwriting, I decided to go to the artists who I feel influenced me most powerfully as a lyricist at that time and ask them to sing on the album. They’re so cool and generous for agreeing to support my version of Speak Now.”
The album is set for release on July 07.
Paramore, of course, have a long relationship with Taylor, recently supporting her on some of the dates of her Eras stadium tour in the US. Williams also recently spoke about how their track ‘Running Out Of Time’ was partly inspired by her.
Fall Out Boy meanwhile appeared on stage with Taylor to perform ‘My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark’ at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show back in 2013. Watch the footage of that moment below:
