EVA Mendes has shared a rare personal post with fans about ‘crying,’ revealing that she needs to ‘let it all out’ when she’s sad.
The actress has been sharing more and more online as of late and fans are loving it.

Eva, 50, shared a series of photos of herself, along with text posts about “emotions.”
The first of two text posts read, “Let’s be a generation of parents who validate their children’s sadness as much as we do their happiness.”
“One of the greatest gifts you can give your child is complete permission to feel their emotions,” the second stated.
“Their anger, their grief, their sadness, their joy. In other words, the safety to be vulnerable with you.”
In a lengthy caption of her own, the Fast Five star began, “Let me cry.”
“When I cry, I don’t really like when people tell me to not cry,” she continued.
“It’s usually said in a very loving way, so yes that’s beautiful, but I love when a friend encourages me to let it all out. So I do the same to my kids.
“I advise them to keep crying as long as they need to. So I really appreciate these posts from raising_yourself.”
“Thoughts?” she asked in closing.

TALKING IT OUT
This is the second time in a matter of days that Eva has spoken candidly about her emotions.
In a June 11 Instagram post, she admitted that she gets “super anxious” when expressing herself.
She posted a behind-the-scenes video that showed her getting ready for a photo shoot.
She was seen in glam before being in front of the camera.
In the caption, the film star opened up about a major insecurity.

Over the weekend, the star posted a sweet video made by a fan-run account dedicated to her husband, Ryan, 43.
The video featured several photos of the couple from early in their relationship.
A cover of Keane’s Somewhere Only We Know played in the background.
“This kind of love,” was written in the middle of the screen.
Eva and Ryan appeared to be looking up at the sky, smiling while walking together.
The photos were taken in 2011 in Paris, France.
“Amore, amore, amore,” Eva’s caption read.
Fans in the comments fawned over the couple, both of whom avoid the spotlight.
