Actress Erin Krakow is extending well wishes to her When Calls the Heart castmate Mamie Laverock, who recently survived a near-fatal fall.

“Thank you so much for asking; we’ve been in touch and we are wishing her all the best,” Krakow told Page Six Tuesday in an interview alongside co-star Kevin McGarry.

“She’s such a great girl and I hope it’s just the speediest recovery,” the 39-year-old actress added “But we’re going to offer her family some privacy.”

Krakow stars as the main character Elizabeth Thornton on the Hallmark Channel series. She mentioned that the immense support from viewers for Laverock following the incident has been profoundly moving for the entire When Calls the Heart cast.

“It’s amazing,” Krakow said of the show’s fans outpouring of Laverock. “It really is, thank you.”

Meanwhile, Nicole Rockmann, the 19-year-old actress’s mother, told the Los Angeles Times earlier this month that they are confident in pursuing a “negligence case” against St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, Canada.

“We have a case. All we care about is that Mamie can make a recovery. And that she’s alive and that she’s fighting and that she’s strong,” Rockmann told the outlet. “It’s unbelievable that she’s with us,” she added.

Rockmann called her daughter’s survival an “absolute miracle” and held the hospital responsible for the fall. She emphasized that the incident was accidental, not a suicide attempt.

Rockmann shared an update on the GoFundMe page she and her family created to help with Laverock’s medical expenses. She mentioned that her daughter had already undergone three surgeries.

The GoFundMe campaign began after Laverock experienced a life-threatening medical emergency in Winnipeg, Canada, on May 11. The fundraiser page did not disclose the specifics of the crisis.

Laverock was transferred from the hospital in Winnipeg to St. Paul’s. Before the fall, Rockmann mentioned her daughter’s recovery was “uncertain” but noted she was “showing signs of improvement.” Rockmann expected Laverock to require care for “at least a month or more.”

To date, the GoFundMe has raised over $38,000.
