Simon Neil and Mike Vennart’s Empire State Bastard have announced the inaugural edition of their own mini festival, Bastard Fest.
Taking place on July 13 at Corporation in Sheffield, Neil and Vennart – joined by legendary drummer Dave Lombardo and bassist Naomi Macleod – will be bringing their intense live show to the headline slot.
They will be joined by a huge lineup of UK metal acts, with Heriot, Conjurer, Pupil Slicer and Sheffield locals Hidden Mothers all set to play.
News of Bastard Fest arrives after ESB’s support slot for Sleep Token in the US last month.
Tickets for the ESB festival go on sale at 10am this Thursday, June 20, via the venue website and See Tickets.
There will be an ESB fan presale taking place from 10am tomorrow (Wednesday, June 19), for those signed up to the band’s mailing list.
See the full list of upcoming ESB shows and visit the band’s site for more information and to buy tickets.
