Elise Lobb is a former pageant girl and a current golfer and TV personality. She has a large following on social media. Last month, she shared a stunning photo on Instagram of herself on the course. In her PXG video, Lobb shared her favorite neck stretch. “This last one is actually one of my favorites. It’s a neck stretch. So what we’re going to do is take our ear to our shoulder and gently use that upper hand if you need a little extra stretch. This stretches the trapezius muscle, which is the culprit for all neck pain, so I stretch this one a lot. And then from here, we’re going to tilt the head and drop the chin and gently keep your hand where it is, pressing on that spot. Get a nice little stretch. And if the hand’s too much, you can just do it without putting pressure on it. And we will do other side, and as you’re sitting in the cart. They’re about to walk off, you’re going to hit your next shot, and you’re good to go.”
Lobb makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She talked about the importance of this in the caption of this Instagram post. “This is your daily reminder to take care of yourself! ♥️ whether it’s taking a walk outside, playing golf, working out, hitting your 10k steps on your Apple Watch or whatever it might be! 💪🏼 let’s do this !!!”
One thing Lobb does to stay in shape is box. She shared this video on Instagram of herself sparring in the gym. Lobb captioned the post, “Hitting bombs and throwing bombs! 🥊 Workout today was tough, but I had to burn off the donuts.” The Cleveland Clinic states that boxing has a lot of benefits. “The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight. Golfing is the main way Lobb stays in shape.
