DUA Lipa is set to be Britain’s top-earning female singer — after her business banked more than megastar Adele last year.
The Barbie star, 28, amassed nearly £68million, new records show — eclipsing the amount earned in the UK by her fellow Brit singer.
While former waitress Dua still lives in Britain, Adele is based in the US where she is pulling in millions on her Vegas residency.
Adele’s total fortune eclipses Dua’s — but the value of the One Kiss star’s company has almost trebled in three years.
Companies House papers show Radical22 Ltd had net assets of £29.9million in December 2022, up from £11.6million in 2019.
Profits were up £8.3million in a year from 2021. Meanwhile, Adele saw assets in her three firms hit £50million on the back of the success of fourth album 30.
Accounts published at the weekend for Melted Stone, Melted Stone Publishing and A Adkins Touring show they rose in value by £20million.
Radical22 — set up by Dua with dad Dugi and worth less than £500,000 in 2016 — has £9.84million in cash.
It also has investments worth more than £21million, including Dua’s purchase of a £1.6million converted Victorian stable block in Camden, North London.
But that total does not include live earnings banked through a separate company.
Radical22 Live had assets of £38.56million in 2022 — up from £32.48million in 2021.
Dua is also predicted to land a post-Barbie bonanza after appearing as a mermaid and providing soundtrack hit Dance The Night.
Born in London to Kosovan-Albanian parents, she reportedly makes £10million a year from social media.
In July, she landed a seven-figure Porsche deal, and has tie-ins with several brands.
She also raises cash each year for Kosovo charity the Sunny Hill Foundation.
Her rep declined to comment.
