Drake has readied himself for the apocalypse by purchasing a customized $200,00 armored truck. According to TMZ, the monstrosity was delivered to Drake’s freshly purchased $15 million Texas ranch earlier this week.
The so-called “super truck” was built by the fittingly named Apocalypse Manufacturing and comes fully kitted out with an upgraded 870-horsepower HEMI Hellcat V8 6.2L engine. Reportedly able to launch 10 feet off the ground, it has five drive modes: Sport, Drag Race, Baja, Rock, and Mud. Meanwhile, the interior decor is described as “Siberian Tiger.”
Understandably, Drake could use some peace of mind after his Toronto mansion was targeted last month amidst a contentious beef with Kendrick Lamar, but purchasing a doomsday vehicle feels like overcompensating. Maybe he just wanted to fit in with his new Texas neighbors.
