DR. Jennifer Ashton showed off her incredible beach body in a white swimsuit while holidaying in Cabos.
It comes nearly a year after the television correspondent, 56, decided to leave ABC News and Good Morning America.
Last April, the famed doctor shared that she would be stepping away from the network after 13 years.
The physician shared some sunkissed snaps of her on the beach in a black and white one-piece swimsuit.
The author tired to shelter herself with a wide brim straw hat and a pair tinted sunglasses.
Dr. Jen was seen strolling along the golden sandy beach and dipping her toes in the clear blue sea.

She simply captioned it: “Gratitude.”
Her followers raced to compliment the TV star, with one writing: “You look amazing all your hard work has paid off.”
A second posted: “Beach vibes and gratitude? Yes, please! Nothing like the ocean to reset the mind and soul.”
Another added: “Super cool spot. Glad you are taking some me time. You work very hard and deserve this vacay.”
Why did Jennifer Ashton leave ABC?
On April 18, 2024, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Ashton would leave ABC in June to focus on her new women’s wellness company, Ajenda.
Ashton founded the company and will also serve as its CEO.
Ajenda “is focused on addressing the challenges of menopause health and weight management,” the outlet states.
“I kind of subscribe to the fact that when the universe sends you a message, you should listen to it. I’ve been watching and participating in the steadily building upswell of interest of those two areas in our country and in our society and in our culture and media and in medicine and in science,” Ashton said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
“Sometimes an important message needs the right messenger, and I feel like there is no more critical time in this country for women’s health, and for weight management,” she continued.
“We’re facing an obesity epidemic, and menopause and perimenopause and women’s health is literally in a spotlight like never before.
