Dr Disrespect appeared to indicate that he has a secret Twitch account after mocking Summit1g’s Escape from Tarkov gameplay.
In June 2020, Dr Disrespect, real name Guy Beahm, was suddenly banned from Twitch, and the reason behind the ban remained a secret for many years.
In 2024, former Twitch staff broke their silence, alleging that Doc was banned for sending inappropriate messages to a minor – something the streamer confirmed before backtracking and claiming that the messages were taken out of context.
Fast forward a few months, and Dr Disrespect is still banned on the purple platform, but on April 17, 2025, Beahm suggested that he has a secret burner account when he put Summit1g on blast on X.
Dr Disrespect warns Summit1g he’ll unsubscribe to his stream
While Summit1g was live playing Escape from Tarkov, Dr Disrespect tweeted out that he was watching the stream and wasn’t impressed with what he was seeing.
After tagging the Twitch star, Doc wrote: “Jesus christ would you stop dragging items and start ctrl clicking before I unsubscribe?”
This seems to suggest that Dr Disrespect has an alternative Twitch account since his main one was banned years ago and pays for a subscription to Summit1g.
Others seemed to think so, too.
“Drop the alt Twitch account fam,” one user wrote in the comments.

However, it should be noted that Summit was streaming on YouTube as well, and it’s possible that Doc was watching him on the Google-owned platform.
That being said, unsubscribing on YouTube is essentially the same as merely “unfollowing” someone on other platforms, which isn’t exactly a big of a deal compared to a subscription on Twitch in which there’s payments involved.
Beahm didn’t leave any sort of indicator about what his potential mystery account is called, and if he did, Twitch would be able to once again remove it due to ban evasion.
