Dr Disrespect accuses “phony” Dr Lupo of stealing stream features without permission

Dr Disrespect is beefing with yet another streamer, this time accusing Dr Lupo of stealing features from his broadcast.

Ever since the reason for Dr Disrespect’s Twitch ban was revealed, many of Doc’s closest allies cut ties with him.

This has resulted in some heated exchanges between Dr Disrespect (real name Guy Beahm) and other streamers, such as NICKMERCS, after Doc accused Nick and Lupo of being the “phoniest people in the industry.”

NICKMERCS didn’t take the comments lying down and had some choice words for the two-time before the pair opted to stop calling each other out… but Doc has continued to lay into Lupo when given the opportunity.

On April 11, a viewer on YouTube inquired about other creators imitating him. In response, Beahm claimed that Dr Lupo had been “stealing sh*t” for years.

Dr Disrespect hasn’t held back with slamming his former friends.

According to Doc, it’s not uncommon to see other streamers steal from each other without asking.

“There’s no respect in this space. People just steal your sh*t and not say anything. Look at Lupo. That f**king phony, he was stealing sh*t from 2018-2019 from logos to intros to the replay cam. Never said anything. Never reached out. Nothing. Never.”

Dr Disrespect was one of the major pioneers in the streaming space with high production values that made his content stand out compared to other creators.

For his part, Beahm claimed that stealing ideas isn’t just limited to Lupo, and hinted that other streamers have done the same.

“They’re all about themselves, you know?” he added before smirking. “Just from the simple concept of transitions on a stream. Who do you think, you could go do your research, but who do you think might have brought that to the table?”

Before moving on, Beahm reiterated that he believes the streaming industry is “fake” and overwhelmed with “manufactured popularity.”

“One thing I really learned the past six months is you gotta watch out for your circles. Wherever you are in life, just check that circle. Revisit it. Just make sure you don’t allow any phonies in it. Doc got too comfortable there. Some things were overlooked and got passed me. I’m a little upset.”

Dr Disrespect was briefly demonotized on YouTube for sending inappropriate messages to a minor (something Doc claims was taken out of context), but he’s continued to stream on the platform while also signing to Rumble to lead its gaming section.
