Djo Drops New Song “Delete Ya”: Stream

Djo’s Joe Keery has just released his new song, “Delete Ya,” the second single from his upcoming third album, The Crux. Stream it below.

The new song features lackadaisical, Julian Casablancas-like vocals from Keery, as he tries to forget an old lover who he recalls in every waking moment, whether it’s on a walk in California, in song lyrics, and more. “It’s hard to shake it off and get back to me,” Keery sings. “When anything is a memory.”

The Crux also features lead single “Basic Being Basic” and is out April 4th via AWAL. Pre-orders are ongoing.

To support the new record, Djo is setting out on his “Back to You Tour” across North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe, including his first appearance at Coachella in April. Keery’s former band Post Animal will serve as a supporting act on all dates. Tickets are available to purchase here.

Last month, Keery appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and performed “Basic Being Basic.” He also recently played Pavement frontman Stephen Malkmus in the semi-biographical film Pavements.
