Disturbed have announced a 17-date tour in honour of the 25th anniversary of their debut album ‘The Sickness’.
The run of shows will kickstart in Copenhagen on September 28 and take place across the EU, with thrash metal heavyweights Megadeth appearing as special guests on all dates.
It will also include four nights in the UK: in Birmingham (Utilita Arena), Manchester (AO Arena), London (The O2) and Glasgow (OVO Hydro).
The tour will celebrate 25 years of Disturbed’s seminal debut album and will feature two sets of music, opening the band playing the album in full, followed by a full set of greatest hits.
Tickets go on sale on February 28 (10am local time), and will be available via the band’s site and Live Nation.
On Friday, the band shared their new single ‘I Will Not Break’ via Vertigo Music/UMG, which they described as “a necessary song, about becoming stronger than the forces that constantly try to tear you down.”

As well as a tour, the band will also reissue ‘The Sickness’ on March 07 (25 years to the date of its original release), in several box set, vinyl, and CD editions.
