Descendants Star Jadah Marie in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "My Faves to Work Out In"

Jadah Marie is modeling workout clothes during a sweat session. In a new social media post the Descendants star shows off her amazing body – including her washboard abs – while revealing her new two-piece exercise set. “@FashionNova @NovaSport are my faves to work out in!!” she captioned the post, driving her followers wild. “U r sooo cute,” one of them commented. “Gorgeous,” added another.  How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jadah recently started playing tennis. “Picked up a new hobby,” she captioned a post of herself on the court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. “While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding,” they say.

Jadah understands the importance of drinking water. In a workout video, Jadah starts by hydrating with a big Stanley full of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

When it comes to cardio, Jadah can be found at spin class. “Soul Cycle babe,” she captioned a photo. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Jadah enjoys kayaking. Here she is out on the river with her mom. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

In her recent post, Jadah does some strength training exercises. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills
