Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) once again found himself drawn to Dr. Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) when they crossed paths at the hospital on June 26.
Since Mark was sending out some mixed signals, Leo couldn’t help but wonder if maybe he was gay after all.
Leo at least hoped Mark was bisexual, but he never got a firm answer on that.
However, Leo overheard Mark having a sweet phone conversation and was saddened to learn Mark’s girlfriend was on the other end of the line.
Although there’s a good chance Mark is indeed bi, he’s currently in a romantic relationship with a woman.
That could be important if all this is building to the big reveal of who Mark’s girlfriend actually is.
Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, so we should consider a recently leaked photo and what it might tell us about Mark’s significant other.
A pic was taken on set at Days that features Jonah Robinson, Louis Tomeo (Aaron Greene), Kennedy Garcia (Felicity Greene) and AnnaLynne McCord (Mystery Woman).
McCord’s DOOL character will obviously end up being closely connected to the Greene family, so it seems likely she’s playing the girlfriend Mark was talking to on the phone.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) has been trying to get some answers about the mystery woman in the footage, but he doesn’t have a lot to go on.
That may not actually be the real Abigail DiMera – and she may not be in that room anymore either!
Nothing has been confirmed about when that video was filmed, so the woman in it could be free and living in Salem or somewhere nearby.
Mark told his girlfriend that he’d see her tonight, so it sounds like she lives close.
Of course, it’s possible Mark’s girlfriend travels a lot for work or something along those lines.
That’d be an easy way to explain why she’s flown under the radar and hasn’t been recognized as someone who looks just like Abigail.
McCord’s Days character was originally supposed to be named “Marin,” so we’ll see if that’s what she winds up going by.
Regardless, perhaps Chad will eventually bump into a woman who looks just like his wife – at least from his perspective now that we’re dealing with a recast.
Chad may spot Abigail’s doppelganger on Mark’s arm and wonder what the heck is going on!
Our Days predictions point to many more shockers playing out in this Abigail lookalike story.
The show could still decide to make McCord’s character the real Abigail down the road, but it appears she’ll be a fake-out early on.
