Daredevil: Born Again‘s first season brought Charlie Cox back to the Marvel spotlight after six years. We won’t have to wait nearly as long for him to star on his own show again, though. Showrunner Dario Scardapane’s public thank you to the cast and crew of the Disney+ series also included an announcement. Daredevil: Born Again‘s second season will debut in March 2026.
Scardapane marked the finale of Daredevil: Born Again‘s first season with a post on Instagram. In it he revealed when Matt Murdock’s vigilante will return. Here’s what he wrote:
It’s all led up to this… Such a mix of emotions as we close out S1. So grateful for the cast, crew and studio for their confidence and indulgence. Biggest of thanks to Sana, Brad, Kevin, Lou, Aaron, Justin, Charlie, Vincent, Deb, Jon and the whole mad circus. And yeah, Season 2 March 2026.
While we knew the series would be back for a second season, now we know when (at least generally) we can mark our calendars for its season two premiere. It’s much sooner than most TV shows return these days, yet still plenty of time for fans to catch up. It’s also plenty of time for you to read all of our season one coverage. That includes a full breakdown of the finale, which provides an idea of what we can expect when the show does come back.
If you haven’t seen the entire season yet stop here. You might consider some of the headlines that appear after this image to be spoilers.

Matt Murdock is back, and he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.
