Ruah shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In the caption, she revealed that she rode 5 kilometers on a stationary bike. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that riding a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes.”
In the previous post’s caption, Ruah revealed that she also ran a mile that day. Running is a great workout. FloTrack reports, “Running releases endorphins, which then trigger a positive feeling in your body. The chemicals released after any exercise improve your mood and decrease anxiety and stress. Ruah makes sure to do ab workouts. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen doing core workouts like mountain climbers and bicycle crunches. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you’re on the playing field or doing regular activities.”
In this Instagram video, Ruah is seen jumping rope. She captioned the post, “Ran 1.5mi with the kids next to me on their scooters, dropped them off at home, and ran another mile.
