Attention, bébés, David and Moira Rose just reunited at Paris Fashion Week. OK, technically, Dan Levy and Catherine O’Hara reunited, but the setting is so appropriate for a “Schitt’s Creek” reunion that it feels like the Roses are back together again.

On March 3, Levy posted a selfie featuring him and O’Hara grinning from their seats at the Loewe fall 2023 women’s runway show on Instagram. He captioned the picture with an emoji that appears to be on the verge of happy tears, which is only fitting because that’s how fans of the Emmy-winning comedy felt about seeing the onscreen mother-son duo together again.

“You are gonna break the internet. Proceed with caution,” one person commented. Another added, “I knew I felt the world shift back into balance.”

“Schitt’s Creek” wrapped its six season run in 2020, and fans have been clamoring for the Roses to reunite ever since. In June 2022, Levy told People that he would love to work with his castmates again in the future, but the idea would have to be right.

“My hope is that one day we can all get together. I see these people all the time. We’re in constant contact with each other,” he said. “So the love is there. The desire to work together is there, and the desire to tell more stories is there.”

He continued, “I think it just comes down to making sure that it’s the right story to tell. And I think we’re also proud of the work we did on ‘Schitt’s.’ And when you end on such a high, it really forces you to think very carefully about what the next step is. Because whatever that is, is an extension of something that most people don’t have, don’t get to see in their life. And I really respect the audience in that thing.”

Levy added that he would never want a reunion movie or special to feel like a cash grab, but if there’s an organic way for the Roses to return, then he would love to find it. “So TBD, but a TBD with an exclamation mark on the end,” he said of a potential “Schitt’s Creek” continuation.
