Keech always remembers to workout. She also always remembers to stretch. She shared this set of stretching photos on Instagram. In them, Keech is seen doing leg and oblique exercises. She captioned the post, “Don’t forget to stretch.” Stretching helps improve flexibility, warm up muscles, and prevent injuries.
Keech uses a lot of different workout equipment. One thing she likes to use is an exercise bike, as she revealed in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Morning workout with my @freebeatfit bike. Keech revealed some of her diet and exercise secrets in this YouTube video. She revealed that she is making some changes to her fitness. Keech says that she wants to start doing more cardio, and on specific days. “I’ve been trying to incorporate cardio into my workouts just a little bit more. I’m trying to do them on the days that I do my arm days.”
Keech also revealed what she typically eats in her YouTube video. She says that she uses two different approaches. “I kind of intuitive eat along with counting macros,” she explains. “I listen to my body and what I feel like it needs. But I also try to stay within a certain amount of macros.”
Keech isn’t about a low-carb diet or plan. She says that she makes sure to get enough in her diet. She also knows when she needs them the most. “I’ll do a carb before my workout,” she says in her YouTube video. “Then, I’ll do a carb after my workout.” Good carbs are a main source of energy, and help us get through the day.
