CrossFit Influencer Jessica Brunick-Fitzgibbons in Two-Piece Workout Gear Does "the Snatch"

Jessica Brunick-Fitzgibbons is a successful fitness influencer and a prominent figure in the CrossFit world. Known for her dedication and expertise, she even teaches classes to help others on their fitness journeys. In August, she shared a video on Instagram of herself teaching at a gym, captioning it, “Just another day teaching at @crossfit.csa 🤗🤗🤗 #CrossFitCSA.” Here’s a closer look at how she stays in peak physical condition.

CrossFit is naturally one of the ways Fitzgibbons stays in shape. Dignity Health states that the exercise has a lot of benefits. With its emphasis on swift, high-intensity movements and a constant motivation to increase performance, speeds, and weight used on the exercise, CrossFit isn’t without risks. The volume, intensity, difficulty, and required power output of many WODs might not be safe and maintainable for all, especially those with preexisting cardiac or orthopedic issues.”

Fitzgibbons shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing squats. Fitzgibbons captioned the post, “When traveling I still gotta get it in… Super Sets of Strict Pull Ups, Push Ups and Squats were on the addenda this day … #AlwaysWorking #JackedJessica.” Piedmont states that squats are very beneficial. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

Fitzgibbons is seen doing pullups in the previous Instagram post. Asphalt Green states that the exercise is very beneficial. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

Fitzgibbons is also seen doing pushups in the previous Instagram post. Allina Health states that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “The push-up: Strengthens your entire body. Burns calories. Because the push-up involves large muscle groups (arms, legs, back, abdomen) your heart has to pump harder, enhancing circulation and burning oxygen. Protects from lower back and shoulder injuries.”

In this Instagram video, Fitzgibbons is seen doing exercises with weights. ACE Fitness states that using weights has a lot of benefits. “Training with heavy weights helps you to improve your self-confidence. Knowing that you can lift heavy stuff gives you the confidence that you can handle common challenges, such as a putting a bag in the overhead bin on an airplane or carrying a heavy piece of furniture while reorganizing a room or helping a friend move.”
